Application date: May 1 (Mon) - June 4 (Sun), 2023 (no additional applications)

Abstract Preparation
- 1) Prepare abstracts in English
- 2) Abstract order: title, author's names (Underline: Presenter and *: corresponding author) and affiliations of authors.
- 3) Corresponding Author's contact information (telephone and e-mail address) is indicated at the bottom of Abstract.
Abstract format
- 1) The abstract should be prepared in A4 size sheet (210mm x 280mm).
- 2) Abstracts written by Microsoft are accepted.
- 3) The distance between the top, bottom and sides shall be 2.5 cm.
- 4) Title: Times New Roman, font size 12
- Abstract: Times New Roman, font size 10, maximum 250 words
Oral Presentation Guide
- 1) Oral Presentation time 20 minutes presentation. (Including the Q & A).
- 2) Save the slide size in the USB memory as a wide screen (16: 9).
- 3) Submit to the presentation 10~20 minutes before the presentation time.

Poster Presentation Guide

1) Poster presentations are divided into 1 part (odd number) and 2 parts (even number).
2) Poster Board size is 120 (width) × 200 (vertical) cm.
3) The posters must be produced in 90 (width) × 110 (vertical) cm.
4) All posters are attached to the specified board up to the specified time.
5) The author will wait in front of the poster at the presentation time.
6) During the presentation time, you should respond to the question in front of the poster.
7) If you do not comply with the poster recovery time, it is arbitrarily discarded.

작성요령 및 예시

가. 기본작성
- ① 내용은 영문으로 작성. 원고 분량은 250 단어 이내로 작성한다.
- ② 제목, 저자 성명, 소속(주소)를 기재한다. 발표자는 밑줄, * 로 구별한다.
- ③ 영문초록인 경우, 반드시 모든 저자의 성명 및 소속은 영문으로 표기되어야 한다. 저자 성명을 full name으로 하되 family name을 뒤로 한다.
- ④ 주저자의 연락처 (전화와 E-mail주소)를 Abstract 하단에 표기한다.
나. 원고유형
- ① A4(210×297mm) 용지에 작성하며 파일 형태는 *.hwp(한컴문서) 혹은 *.doc(MS word)로 접수.
- ② 여백은 좌․우를 각 2.5 cm / 상하를 2.5 cm / 머리말, 꼬리말 0 cm로 한다.
- ③ 글자모양은 한글 바탕체, 영문 Times New Roman로 한다.
- ④ 제목글자크기는 12 point, 본문글자크기는 10 point, 줄 간격은 130% 로 작성한다.

- 1. 구두 발표 시간 20분 발표(질의응답 포함)입니다.
- 2. 슬라이드 크기를 와이드스크린(16:9)으로 USB 메모리에 저장합니다.
- 3. 발표시간 10~20분 전까지 발표장에 제출합니다.

6. 발표 시간 동안에는 의무적으로 포스터 앞에서 질문에 응해야 합니다.

7. 포스터 교체시기와 폐회식까지 철거하지 않으면 학회에서 임의로 철거 폐기합니다.
